Still awaiting a word about the lawsuit from Utah division of consumer protection. Invested in a mentor for my small business with nothing as a matter of fact far less then I started with to show for my significant loss.

So I went to his free meeting, and they sold me on the three-day workshop. First off, I have an actual product, and I am already selling. On the first day they made people do credit checks and the people with good credit they pounced. I saw people that probably could not make a mortgage payment signing up for his mentor coach program. It ranged from I think 15,000 for six weeks and up. I feel for these people because most of them did not even have an idea. Bait N Switch! Terrible! I can't believe he endorsed this. I was shocked! don't drink the coolaid!

Signed up for this mentorship program and they guaranteed success or our money back...neither has happened

The Daymond John's Success Formula is a complete fraud. This company promises and guarantees but does not deliver. Me and a friend went to the free workshop that was offered. The workshop had some info. but was a sales pitch for the 3 day workshop that costs $1997.00. We talked about it and understand that in order to learn something new (especially when it comes to starting a business online) that we needed to learn from someone that has actually walked the walk and we wanted to learn from a reputable source (so we thought at the time, I mean it's Daymond John!) and signed up for the the 3 day workshop for $1997.00. We went to the 3 day workshop fired up and ready to learn how to start a prosperous business online and make some dreams come true! At the 3 day workshop again there was some more info. but another sales pitch for their mentorship program. There were more promises and guarantees that they would mentor us on how to make money online using the various websites to sell products like Amazon and Ebay. They said they would hold our hand through the whole process and we would succeed and make the tuition cost back. Again they guaranteed we would absolutely make money if we signed up for their 15k mentorship program. The mentorship program that we got on top of the $1997.00 was $15,297.00. Yep you read that right! The only reason we decided to sign up for this program is because they said it was a succeed and make the tuition costs back or a money back guarantee. So we decided it was a win-win, either we make the money back or we get a refund, great! Not so much. We did everything and more that they suggested to make this program work and we made zero dollars and are more in debt because of all the product we bought to get this going per their mentorship. We have documented our journey and logged everything that we have done to make this program work and it does not and they do not help. We have hundreds of e-mails between all the different websites we were trying to sell products on to get answers and info. And how to's because the DJ company was not responsive or kept repeating themselves saying the same thing over and over. You see there was no system. We have watched every youtube video we could find about selling online to get some answers and how to's and self educate on how to sell online. We learned more doing our own research and contacting other groups. There is no system and the company is completely disorganized. From the beginning we had to reach out to them and chase them for everything, what's the next step, where's the e-mail with all the login info., when does our mentor calls start, what's next? After we paid the 15k tuition costs it was like they took the money and ran. We waited about a week before we decided to contact them to get this program going and start learning, even though they said we would be contacted in a couple days to schedule mentorship calls and get access to the online learning modules. After that it was constant we had to contact them for EVERYTHING, what do we do first, how does the course work, updates, mentor calls, next steps, etc. They never did what they said they were going to do and it was very frustrating because we were left in the dust a lot and now in serious debt. After doing about 7 months of work with no results and they didn't offer any new info. or strategy on how to sell all this product we requested a refund. They claimed that the only refund was for the first 3 day workshop of $1997.00. And that for the 15k program the guarantee was that they would work with us until we succeeded. We decided to pursue the $1997 first. We sent them all our documented workload that we have done for the past 7 months and requested the refund and they did refund us the $1997. We then went for the $15,297 and they are denying us even though we signed a contract that says "Tuition Reimbursement Guarantee offered by Daymond John's Success Formula". We have contacted them multiple times and they keep saying that the second contract isn't supposed to have that section on there and that there is no refund. Then we say but it is on there and it's a contract we signed. They keep going around and around in circles saying it's not supposed to be there. Also there has been a major breach of contract (we will work with you until you succeed) because we haven;t heard from them since July and the last email to us was about scheduling more mentor calls and her exact words "I will get back to you" haven't heard from her since. If any one could help us in this that would be amazing! I know there's a way to get this money back (it says so in the contract) but I just need direction on how. Is it a lawyer? Is it a class action lawsuit? Is it American Arbitration (which is also listed in the contract and I have contacted them but their record of getting money back doesn't seem good) At this point I am reaching out to every agency I can because this program is a scam run by scammers. This program is a fraud and I want to expose them so that maybe someone like me who thought that they would learn how to build a profitable online business (as the Daymond John program guaranteed) from a reputable company is spared this dire situation. I don't understand why Daymond John would ruin his reputation like this.

Oh no I’m afraid we are in the same boat, dropped a lot of money and no results yet. Did you also sign up for the “higher education” group after your “special 2 hour phone interview”?
